Here is a quick update on the past two months at MCFR, as so much has happened in such a short period of time. We’ve pulled in four new Subway restaurants, Ryan’s Steakhouse, two McAlister’s Deli locations and our fourth Little Caesars. In the month of September we rescued 7,798.25 lbs. In October we rescued 21,016.7 lbs. God just continues to bless us beyond our wildest dreams, and we can’t wait to see what November and December will hold.
